What is EMS?

EMS stands for Environmental Management System. This online management system makes it possible to get and maintain a grip on your course. The system offers possibilities in the areas of planning and registration, in order to optimize the daily management of the golf course.

Is EMS kept up-to-date?

EMS has been operational since 2005 and is continually being improved through feedback by the users.

For whom is EMS?

EMS is meant for people who are involved at business, technical or managerial level with the maintenance and exploitation of estates, sports areas and golf courses. This includes, for instance, groundsmen, greenkeepers, managers, stewards, course committees and contractors.

Which support does EMS offer in obtaining the GEO certification?

EMS assists in the registration process as well as the verification process. Once every three years, a golf course is audited. This requires you to submit all the necessary information. When you maintain this information in EMS, nothing is lost, it is in the right place and is submitted to an auditor through a separate login to verify whether the aspirations are being realised.

GEO Certification

EMS supports you in your aims for sustainability and obtaining the GEO certificate. The EMS web application contains modules with which you can register the required information, provides insights into the current situation and shows results of your targets and plans.

Free trial version

What does the free trial version entail?

We set up EMS for you with your data. You can then test and use the program for 30 days, free of charge or obligation. After the 30 day period, the license ceases automatically.

Is it a complete version?

We set up EMS for you with a number of important modules. Because EMS is set up specifically per client, it is unfortunately not possible to make all modules available in the free trial version. The modules that are set up are fully operational. This will give you the best impression of how EMS works.

When can I use the free trial version?

As soon as we receive the required data from you, we will set up EMS specifically for you. Subsequently, you will receive the login codes. This can take a maximum of 48 hours.

What happens after 30 days?

We will contact you before the end of the trial period, to discuss the possibilities.

Can I use the helpdesk during the trial period?

Yes, of course, we will be pleased to help you in any way possible.

Use of EMS

Where can I use EMS?

With EMS, you work in the Cloud. You can use EMS from your computer, laptop or mobile device (tablet/smartphone). The EMS dashboard is available always and everywhere. You are always able to access your data.

Which system requirements are needed for EMS?

It is important to use an up-to-date webbrowser. EMS operates with Firefox, Chrome, Windows Edge and Safari.

Is there a Helpdesk?

Where do I find EMS instruction manuals?

You can download the manuals after you have logged in.

Is my saved data always available to me?

Because of working in the ‘Cloud’, your data is always available.

Is my data secure?

Your data is stored on external servers and is securely protected by the necessary safety requirements and back-ups.
